So if you don’t find the home you are looking for on one of the community page links on the Home Page of this site, then try searching on the Advanced Search Form.
If you wish to search by zip code, then use the below map as a guide. You can search by market area. Another suggestion is to search just for active listings. On the attached form, there is a search field labeled “Listing Status”. When you click on that field, you will find 4 choices, being active listings and 3 others that are a pending status. The pending status means there is already a signed contract on that home. In that situation, the home is sold, but the sale has not closed yet. However, you are free to look at the homes in a pending status if you wish, just in case the sale falls through.
